In an estate of 24,000 square meters, the villa is 841 m2, the pool 15.93 m2, and at a height of 150 meters above sea level and inside a walled garden you can enjoy superlative sea views over to Formentera from perfect privacy. To the south west lies Ibiza town (one of the most exciting cities in the Mediterranean) its world-famous marina even closer, the beach a minute away and the exclusive Can Rimbau area is just down the road.

One enters through impressive (and automatic) security gates along a beautifully lit driveway to the front of the villa, where palms guide you to a regal entrance in the gleaming white stone and large areas of glass that are typical of the villa’s architecture await. Those huge windows open up panoramic sea views (best enjoyed from the perfectly placed Minotti sofa in the main living room) and allow the Mediterranean light to come flooding in.

The property managers provide cleaning services from Monday to Saturday from 8:00am – 2:00pm and 3.30pm – 7.30pm – including cleaning the house, changing towels and bed sheets.
